We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 31 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below. Please note that certain items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return for an eligible item, please contact us at karis@antoninapoppy.com. Returns must be authorized by an Antonina Poppy team member before being processed. Items should be returned in their original, unworn condition, including all original packaging. Items showing any signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
Returns initiated beyond 31 days of receiving your order will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Policy
At Antonina Poppy, we ensure that every order is carefully packaged to guarantee the quality and safety of your items during transit. We ship using reliable carriers such as UPS and DHL. Some items, including certain objects and rugs, may require special shipping arrangements. If you need assistance with special shipping, please contact us at karis@antoninapoppy.com.
For international orders, the shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include duties, taxes, or other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Antonina Poppy is not liable for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed on international shipments.
Product Availability & Lead Times
All orders are subject to production and fulfillment lead times before they are shipped. Estimated lead times will be provided at checkout, starting the next business day after your order is placed.
Order Types:
Made to order pieces: Handcrafted upon purchase, typically ship within 6 to 8 weeks, or as specified at checkout.
In-stock pieces: Ship within 1-3 business days.
If your order includes multiple items with different lead times, it will ship when all items are ready. If you prefer to receive partial shipments, please contact us at karis@antoninapoppy.com to arrange special shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Damage & Repairs
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at karis@antoninapoppy.com. Be sure to include:
