Questions About Orders
How do I place an order on AntoninaPoppy.com?
To place an order, select your desired item(s), choose the appropriate size/color, and click "Add to Shopping Bag."
Your shopping bag icon on the top right side of the screen will update. Once ready, click the icon and select "Checkout" to complete your delivery and payment details. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
What is a pre-order, and how do I place one?
We are pleased to allow our online customers to purchase our pieces in advance by placing a pre-order on AntoninaPoppy.com. A pre-order can be placed if the item(s) listed are not immediately available.
When placing a pre-order, the item(s) purchased will be shipped as soon as they become available. The total amount for all pre-order items purchased will be charged at the time of placing your order.
Items available for pre-order will indicate an estimated shipping date. Please note that this date is subject to change due to production schedules and material availability.
I did not receive an order confirmation email. Has my order been confirmed?
If you have not received an order confirmation email within an hour of placing your order, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder. You can also search for our email address.
If you are unable to locate your order confirmation email, please contact us at contact@antoninapoppy.com, and an advisor will assist you.
Where is my order?
Upon checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive another email with tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Where does my order ship from?
All orders from AntoninaPoppy.com are shipped from our atelier in Italy.
The shipping location cannot be changed and will be determined based on the availability of the item(s) purchased. Please allow sufficient time for delivery, especially for international orders, as customs processing times may vary.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order after placing it, please contact us at contact@antoninapoppy.com as soon as possible.
Please note that once an order has been processed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it. In this case, you may need to return the item(s) once received.
Why am I receiving multiple shipments for the same order?
If your order contains multiple items, you may receive separate shipments. This occurs when different items are prepared for dispatch at different times.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number, which will be sent via email once the package is on its way.
What are my shipping options?
We offer both standard and express shipping options for every order. The estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout.

Questions About Returns & Refunds
How do I return my order?
If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be in their original condition, with tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@antoninapoppy.com, and we will provide detailed instructions for the return process.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
Can I return multiple orders in the same package?
We kindly ask that each return request be processed separately to avoid delays in refund processing.
Can I return an item if I purchased it on sale?
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
